Thursday, September 25
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm | Hospitality Desk Hours
The hospitality desk is located in Parliament Room at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel (411 University St, Seattle, WA 98101). The room is on the Mezzanine Level. Take the elevator up to the Mezzanine, turn left as you exit, and walk toward The George. On your left, you’ll see a small stairway—head up, and the Parliament Room will be the second door on the right.

Meet in the lobby and board the shuttle to the Welcome Event
4:30 pm | Shuttle Departure
The Shuttle to the Welcome Event will depart the lobby at 4:30 pm
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm | Welcome Event & Top of the Space Needle
Please join us at the Space Needle (400 Broad St, Seattle, WA 98109) for a catered buffet and open bar with fellow Buckeye fans. At 6:45 pm, our group will be escorted to the top of the Space Needle!
8:00 pm | Shuttle Departure
Shuttle will depart back to the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
Friday, September 26
Morning | Optional Tours
If pre-registered for optional tours, they will take place Friday morning. More information to come.
10:00 am – 2:00 pm | Hospitality Desk Hours
We will be located in the Parliament Room of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel (411 University St, Seattle, WA 98101). If you haven’t already done so, please swing by to receive your weekend credentials, welcome gift, and more!

7:30 AM | Motor Coach Departure
Please meet in the lobby at 7:15 am for motor coach departure for the Sailgate and Husky Stadium.
8:00 AM- 11:00 AM | Official Ohio State Pregame Sailgate
Enjoy a catered buffet and open bar as part of your exclusive pregame experience aboard Steamer Virginia V. on a 3 hour cruise. Afterward, motor coaches will transport the group to the stadium.
12:30 PM | Kickoff: #1 Ohio State Buckeyes at Washington Huskies
O-H!
45 Minutes Postgame | Motor Coach Departure
Motor coaches will depart from the same location where they parked, no later than 45 minutes after the game concludes. Please refer to your game day map for details.
Sunday, September 28
