The Ohio State Alumni Sports Tour Hospitality Desk Open in the Aloft’s lobby.
3:00 pm | CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at Aloft South Bend.
4:45 pm | SHUTTLE DEPARTURE
First shuttle departs for the Welcome Event.
5:15 pm | SHUTTLE DEPARTURE
Second shuttle departs for the Welcome Event.

First shuttle departs IRONHAND back to Aloft Hotel.

Saturday, September 23rd
7:00 am – 10:00 am | BREAKFAST
Enjoy your included breakfast at your leisure in the lobby. A full Breakfast Buffet will be available.
3:45 pm | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart for The Ohio State Alumni Sports Tour Pregame Event.
Please join your fellow Buckeyes in Aloft’s lobby by 3:30 pm to load the motor coaches.
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm | PREGAME

Including a BBQ buffet and an open bar! When you are ready to leave the Pregame Event, note it is a short walk to the stadium; refer to your game day map. If you need assistance, please let one of your on-site staff know.
7:30 pm | GAME START
KICKOFF: OHIO STATE BUCKEYES at NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH
GO BUCKEYES!
45 Minutes Post Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, the last motor coach will depart for the Aloft Hotel. Motor coaches will depart as they fill. If you feel lost or can’t find the motor coaches, please contact your on-site staff.
Sunday, September 24th –
7:00 am – 10:00 am | BREAKFAST
Enjoy your included breakfast at your leisure in the lobby. A full Breakfast Buffet will be available.
11:00 am | CHECK-OUT
Check out of the Aloft Hotel. Please settle any incidental charges you have at the front desk. Safe travels home!
