December 30th
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the second level of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown behind the WG Café. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
December 31st
8:00 am – 1:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the second level of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown behind the WG Café. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour credentials either Thursday or Friday.
January 1st – Game Day!
9:30 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach transportation departs for Pasadena. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please meet in the lower level of the InterContinental by 9:15 am.
11:00 am – 2:00 pm | PREGAME HUDDLE ON THE ROAD
Takes place at the Terry Donahue Pavilion, TCL Club, Level C at Rose Bowl Stadium
2:10 pm | KICKOFF – GO BUCKEYES!

45 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart for return to the hotel from Lot K. Please exit Gate A and look for the OSUAA tour signs directing you to your designated motor coach.. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
